Learners acknowledge that certain administrative delays may occur during registration or course delivery. Ittisal Institute shall not be held responsible for minor delays that are typical in managing offline educational programs.
Learners further understand that in-person attendance is required for all courses, and the Institute may occasionally need to reschedule sessions due to instructor availability, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the Institute’s control.
Intellectual Property Rights

The name Ittisal Institute, its logo, branding elements, course titles, and related designs are the property of the Institute and may not be used without explicit authorization.
Institute Obligations
Ittisal Institute will make reasonable efforts to ensure that its offline courses are delivered according to the announced schedule. However, attendance or course delivery may be temporarily affected due to instructor availability, public holidays, or other events beyond the Institute’s control.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Ittisal Institute operates.
